About Adrián

Flamenco guitarist based in London, UK. Constantly refining his technique, he offers a curated repertoire of masterpieces from the flamenco guitar tradition, alongside his own compositions and arrangements of popular music. He is also an accomplished and sought-after accompanist for the traditions of flamenco dance and song.

Adrián Solá, born in Barcelona, showed an early interest in music, borrowing his father’s guitar at the age of 12. What began as a hobby soon became a passion, leading him to study musical language, harmony, jazz flute and flamenco guitar at the Modern Music School of Badalona.

Since moving to London in 2006, Adrián has been active in the flamenco scene, collaborating with schools and organisations like Elmhurst Ballet School, Live Music Now, Ilusión Flamenca, La Escuela de Baile and Flamenco Academy. He has worked with artists such as Jesús Olmedo, Teresa Hernández, Rosalía, Ana Morales, Nanako Aramaki, Ana García, Pablo Egea, Cristina San Gregorio, Alejandro Rodriguez, Miriam Pérez, Blanca Lorente, Juan Carlos Avecilla, Marta Gálvez, Edu Hidalgo, Natalia García and many more. He has performed at events and venues including España on Fire at Ronnie Scott's, Tapas Fantásticas, La Feria de Londres, Flamenco Festival, La Isla Flamenco Club, Flamenco Nights by Amantia Events, Flamenco de Leeds, Fin de Fiesta, Instituto Cervantes and others.

He is currently the musical director and composer for the Lourdes Fernández Flamenco Company and Afro-Spanish artist Jordana Mba.
