Although we had collaborated previously in gigs, workshops and lessons, it was around 2019 when I started working with Lourdes more frequently. Back then we created our first show "Brexit Flamenco" with percussionist Demi García, saxophonist Juan Antonio Xas and singer Pedro Obregón.

Then, right before the world health crisis hit we had almost finished shaping "Raíces" which originally featured Xas, as well as the singer Abraham Carmona. Ultimately, I had to change the key of every piece to accommodate who would become our actual singer, Mónica García as well as writing melodic parts for violinist Fuensanta Zambrana-Ruiz.

By the end of 2022 it was time to expand the company and create yet another show. This became "Orígenes" now adding Josie Sinnadurai dancing and my old friend Ayoze de Alejandro on percussion.
